Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Wauwatosa.

Purchase price: $162,000
Cash invested: $62,000
Sale price: $315,000

This was a FSBO where the seller didn't want to or have the means to update the property. He was looking to move with his son and simply sell quickly, so we helped him out. The home was in a great neighborhood and mainly needed cosmetic repairs. After creating the scope, our designer went to work creating a knockout home that played into the midcentury era of construction. Within two days of listing, we had multiple offers and settled on an offer that was $15k over-asking price. This was both a beautiful home and a great example of flipping at its finest :)
