[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
So i'm working through this potential deal. My struggle is between the rentometer website and a realtor I have been talking too. Which one should I lean towards. Rentometer is saying around the 850-1200 range vs realtor saying closer to the $1500-2000 range. Please any insight welcome.
