[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hey everyone!
This seems like a pretty great property to me, the only thing that concerns me it the fact that the home was built way back in 1887... There's likely to be a lot of work and repairs needed, so I was generous in the amount of CapEx and repairs needed at 15% and 10% respectively. Any advice? I'd appreciate it!
