Starting a RE investment journey with 40k, how would you approach
I currently live in Maryland and I am anxious to begin investing in Real Estate in the DMV area. With no hands on experience I wish to gain knowledge from those who have done the work and continue to do so successfully over the years. I see a lot of successful people on the internet that say they didn’t need any money to begin their crusade in RE investing, but what if they started off with 40k? As an entrepreneur, if you were to start your RE investing journey with 40k what would you do to maximize your return on your investment/s?
