Hey Guys first time poster and investor here.

I am a first time investor and have absolutely no idea what I’m doing trying to repair this home that I’ve found. It’s in a C neighborhood and the house was built in the 1940’s. Inside is totally destroyed but the price is so cheap that you can repair it and spend some money and still be able to rent. Any advice on how to estimate repair costs? Thanks!
