Purchase price: $55,000
Cash invested: $5,000

Started this property as an house hack then into a rental property

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This property started out as a house hack. I was then relocated for work and decided to make it a rental property. Now looking into buying another rental property.

How did you finance this deal?

FHA Loan
