Short Term Rental Operating Plans

Hi everyone, as we continue to grow our short term rental business, I’m putting together a more polished operating plan for my team. Some of these are contractors and subs, and some more direct employees. I’d be curious to see if others have written or have seen examples of plans that have the details laid out on roles and responsibilities and guidelines. I’ll be happy to share whatever I come up with with the rest of the group. Thanks
