Splitting the costs of renovations with handyman/GC boyfriend
Buying a fixer upper (50/50) with handyman boyfriend. We are trying to figure out how to split expenses of the renovation. How to quantify, split, pay, value his labor hours? His 8 hours of plumbing/electrical/carpentry isn't the same as me painting and caulking for 8 hours. Any suggestions?
