Newbie. Is it a deal?

Posted

Hey guys! I'm a newbie to wholesaling trying to get my first deal. I have a divorcing couple that is set to foreclose feb 4. The ARV on it is $170k, and the payoff amount is $126k. I don't feel like there is enough there, but wanted a second opinion before I walk away.

Hi Brittany, all depends on how much work needs to be done. You know the payoff, the arv and now we just need the estimated repairs. If it's 50K in repairs...run. 5K? Might be something there. Share more information if you have it and we may be able to help! :)
