Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $48,600
Cash invested: $40,000

Single Family Home with an ARV of $120K. Purchased from the bank for for $49,000 and have about $40,000 invested. Almost finished!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Learning and Making money!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

How did you add value to the deal?

I own a rental property in the same neighborhood.

Contractors always miss

I own about 8 investment properties in Akron and I can safely say, contractors is my number 1 issue in the area.  Even with me being in Toledo, I still have the most trouble with my Akron properties.  Would love to connect with you if you are ever interested in expanding your portfolio or just to shoot ideas off of one another!
