Investment Info:

Large multi-family (5+ units) buy & hold investment.

Crestview Place Apartments - located in Central Austin. Fourteen units, Class C.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wealth Builders searches out high yield, tax efficient multi-family real estate investments. We own multiple units in Central Texas along the 135 Corridor. This property made since in both our underwriting and our portfolio.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Deal was originally marketed back in 2018; I ran the numbers and they didn't work out at that time. I met and got to know another agent while looking at a different deal. In the fall of 2019 he reached out and let me know the seller of Crestview Place would entertain offers from legitimate buyers; though the property was no longer being marketed.

How did you finance this deal?

Investor Capital and Debt
