How to Approach a Private Money Lender

Hello,

I’m getting ready to approach a private money lender with a project I am considering. In addition to the credibility packet, I would like to put together a packet that describes the project in detail and of course includes the return on investment numbers. Does anyone have a sample or old one you have used in the past? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
