I have two investors and i don't know what to do with them. Help!

Hello.

So I am new to the game. I have two investors willing to put 30,000 each into my investments. The problem I run into is that I am just a beginner and I am barely going to start real estate school. Can anybody give me any ideas on how to use this money fast before they take it back?
