Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $277,000
Cash invested: $40,000
This was my first rental property investment before I joined BP. I just wanted to get in the game and get started. It's been a good property. I bought in really good condition. I didn't do any rehab, and just as a bonus, the property value in one year has gone up quite a bit.
