Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Port Angeles.

Purchase price: $210
Cash invested: $100,000

I purchased this property in October and now have it on the market. It's in a perfect location by the Olympic Discovery Trail. It's half way between Sequim and Port Angeles with views of the mountains and water. It's on 1 acre property with it's own well. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/134-Spring-Rd-Port-Angeles-WA-98362/114634340_zpid/

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

In the past year I studied what people were interested in from out of State. This property has the location, views and right type of yard for those that would like to get away. I'm actually thinking about trying to buy it back .

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found the deal on the MLS and negotiated it through being a licensed broker in the State of Washington.

How did you finance this deal?

Financed through hard money.

How did you add value to the deal?

A lot of value was opening up the views and remodeling the inside.

What was the outcome?

Currently on the market

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Lots of lessons learned and still learning
