Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Triplex in N. Tacoma. This was a well performing vacation rental property when we acquired it - our first venture into short term rentals. Alas, our timing was poor given the virus and how it has affected tourism, however we've been blessed to find professionals to lease units on 2-3 month basis.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Love the N.W and very fond of N. Tacoma area and this well performing, turnkey property with water views caught our attention as a good opportunity for long term hold.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My brother, who is a licensed broker in Washington found it and negotiated directly with the owner.

How did you finance this deal?

Private financing
