Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Hemet.

Purchase price: $138,000
Cash invested: $17,000
Sale price: $215,000

Light rehab. I pretty much painted, cleaned and listed it again. Their was tenants in the home and I was able to do cash for keys.Very easy flip and profit is twenty thousand. came out of pocket thirty thousand.
