Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Seattle.

Purchase price: $555,000
Cash invested: $5,000

We are wholesaling this Seattle Potential property to any serious buyers who will going to take advantage of it.
This particular deal has $100,000 in equity. Don't wait until someone pick it up.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The property locate on a corner lot of the Seattle neighborhood.
Originally me and my business partner tend to Flip this huge opportunity, but it's too much for the first time Flippers.
An experienced Flipper will definitely make this house for his portfolio. As I mentioned above this deal has a $100 k Equity in it.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My business partner found this deal through his Listing Agent.

How did you finance this deal?

Hard Money & Gap Fund

What was the outcome?

We're stepping back because of insufficient fund. It needs $175 k in Gap Fund.
