Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Fort Worth.

Purchase price: $68,000
Sale price: $160,000

Fix and flip on West Side Fort Worth. I found this on Facebook and private messaged the owner. It was a delicate situation, so I scheduled a time to go look at it and told them to just take what they wanted out of the house and I would handle the rest. We quickly named it the sticky floor house for the obvious. This home was a challenge because me and my partner flipped it using only subs for some things but for the most part we rehabbed it ourselves. Lets just say I now leverage subs more often.
