Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.
First time homebuyer here. House caught fire a month later. Insurance was a blessing so I paid off the property, cleared the lot, and now I am finding an architect and putting my vision to paper. 4 townhomes in a gated community type setting renting at $1700+/month
