Cash invested: $90,000
Sale price: $340,000

Total rehab on 7 bedroom house including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, cabinets, appliances, full interior and exterior paint.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

the square footage

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found it through a wholesaler

How did you finance this deal?

Hard money

How did you add value to the deal?

The pool was huge so we renovated that also

What was the outcome?

We had a full price offer in less than a week from some people that turned it into an air B&B

Lessons learned? Challenges?

This was the first house I flipped and I have since learned to rehab the houses much more quickly
