Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Atlanta.

This neglected duplex near the Atlanta Beltline got a full renovation to open up the floor plan and restore the historic character. It included all new systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing). Oversaw all aspects of the project from the original purchase of the property to renovations to managing the property today.
