First duplex closing this week, already got my eyes in the next!
Hello!
Super excited to close our first deal this week. We are doing a house hack in the South Central Ohio area. I've been vigorously looking at deals for months, did everything we needed to make this one happen, and have my eyes set on the next. To make this next one happen though, I'm hoping to find a private money investor. I would do all of the work. Manage the renovation, and then manage the property which is half a mile down the road from our other duplex. I would love to hear some input, advice, startegies, and of course anyone interested in being part of the deal!
