Can someone walk me through how to correctly gauge cashflow on this property?
Cost: $230,000
Taxes: $7100/year
Rents Collected: $2400/month
Assume mortgage/tax payment is $1800/month for debt service.
Is this a good buy? This is a prime area with A Class tenants.
