Hello BP Community,

I currently have unused room in my TFSA that I am looking to leverage. I've sifted through dozens of investor packages from Canadian LPs and REITs and am looking for recommendations from other investors.  If you've invested in an LP that has provided solid returns, please share your experiences here. I own several MF properties and have a good handle on assessing value propositions.
