My first deal in real estate.
Investment Info:
Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Kissimmee.
Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $291,000
It was a decent Investment. I'm looking forward for better.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I had the money. Didn't want to have it sit there in a bank account while not earning interest.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I just flew to Florida and bought the house in less than a week.
How did you finance this deal?
Money i had save from construction business.
How did you add value to the deal?
It was a foreclosure deal. New landscaping, new flooring and repaint
What was the outcome?
The outcome was good.

It's easy work after you gain experience.
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
I've work with a great realtor.
