What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
ability to own for life and bring our family and friends here for years to come. There are lots of amenities and local attractions. It's close to home (2 hours drive) and has things to do in all 4 seasons

We stayed there as a guest. There was no negotiation, it was a fixed price.
How did you finance this deal?
conventional 30 year loan through a local bank that is exclusive to the resort
