[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Newbie here!
Looking at getting some thoughts on my first deal and if I'm missing something.
The HOA fee is a bit concerning to me. It will likely continue to rise over time, eating away at my profits. Any particular feelings about HOA costs? Everything else seems to be ok.
It was built in 2005 so many of the features are outdated but they're functional from the looks of things. Will likely need to remodel along the way but that will be later on.
