@Hud Malik insurance looks low. Capex looks low. What is included in your capex budget. Mine includes roof (15 years for a flat roof), floors 10 years unless carpet then 5,appliances and hot water heater 12 years, hvac 20 years, etc. My minimum is usually 10%. Are loan points only $2 or 2%. Still looks like a good deal.
