Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Boise.

Purchase price: $214,500.0
Cash invested: $25,000

Bought the home for our daughters to live in while they attend Boise State. They have two roommates, to share the bills. Value has gone up 46% in the time we have owned it.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I found it while scouting property for a client.. she wasn't interested and we were.

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeled the paint, flooring, bathrooms.

What was the outcome?

Its gorgeous.

I wish I had bought more properties in this area while I could afford to do so.
