Hey Guys just looking for feedback on my "We Buy Houses" "Sell My House Fast" Carrot Motivated Seller site! 

Have been trying to customize content and further my rankings to find off market deals!

Anybody doing anything nontraditional safe to see their rankings climb higher, faster? 

Looking for any feedback from members who have been  doing this successfully on what has worked for them! Lets exchange info and feel free to be harsh!!

I like the site! You have several areas that show you're a real person and your credibility, most carrot sites (or any of the other options) lack that. 

I'd clean up the logo, or get a new one, and fix a few of the google review images that look pixelated and cut off. Also, on your homepage the "how it works" has three block columns that aren't locked so they're all different sizes. 

You're on the right track! Talk with @jerryllnoorden about SEO and cleaning up the site a little bit, he knows his stuff (we're also best friends).
