Cash invested: $3,000

All-Inclusive Deed of Trust; financed 318,000 I paid $3,000 for closing costs. Current market value 475k rents for $2,100 Per month.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Who wouldn't be interested in owning a home for $3,000 out of pocket?

My father (broker) taught me to look for AITD's and different ways to acquire real estate with next to nothing out of pocket.
