Hey Everyone !
I'm newly getting into the real estate bisnuess just starting out to build capital for my first investment property. Wholesaling is going to be my first venture to start building some leverage eventually to fix and flip my first property. Now my ultimate goal to to avoid debt as much as possible. I know its a long shot but with all that being said I would love to hear from all the people who been doing this for years and just offer some advice to a novice like myself.
