still stuns me that anyone can buy land build new pay sales commission etc and make a profit selling a new home for 120k LOL..  I assume these are built to minimum building codes tiny kitchen very few cabinets etc..  perfect rental right.
I bought some of this product in the deep south years ago and I had the option for concrete floors that were stained  that worked well in the rental game.
