Market research practice
Hey everyone! Since I am brand new to real estate, I want to first analyze at least 100 deals to get a good general feel for my market. My plan is to begin wholesaling then get into fix & flips with a seasoned investor by the second half of this year. Any recommendations on how I should research my market? What is a good method I can use to find and research 100 different deals? Thanks in advance!
