First deal under contract
After a bunch of reading and advice and listing to podcasts and analyzing contracts I have have my first deal under contract! selling at 80000 rehab costs are 65000 with a arv of 250000. Four story apt building already gutted with a full clean out and repaired roof previous investor is selling because they ran out of funds to complete the flip. Sound like a great deal?
