Should I have someone on here come help me for a profit share?
I am new to this and have possible motivated sellers (mainly in Tulsa, Oklahoma) already calling me. What is your advice on having someone else help me work the deals and share the profit. Yea I am offering to share the profit with one of you, but am not sure about if, when, and how I can do that.
