Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Helen.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $26,000

Utilized as a profitable STR with a projected gross annual revenue of 60k.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I enjoy STR's and it allows me to pay off the mortgage quickly or invest in another property with the generated revenue.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS. Founds a deal that was on the market for five months.

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional loan

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Being in a rural area there were unexpected costs and a difficulty in finding vendors.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Pamela Montiel with Keller Williams - Atlanta Peachtree Road
