Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Middletown.
Purchase price: $180,000
Cash invested: $8,000
Was searching for a multi-family home with at least 2 apts got lucky and submitted 1st offer to a bank for under the asking price and got it accepted! They were looking at 1 offer at a time.
