Four unit class C apartment building

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Grand Rapids.

Four unit class C building with deferred maintenance. Purchased with eviction process in-place for non-paying tenant during COVID. Successfully moved tenant out of the building and have renovated 2/4 units to class B+. Rents are now almost twice in-place rents setting record for the area.
