First potential wholesale deal, question????
Hey BP!!! Looking for a little guidance with this!
I found a potential wholesale deal but looked up the property and found that the owner of the property is not who I have been talking too, how do I verify that this guy has the right to sell the property, should he have a contract?
Anyway it is a 3/1.5 and from what I can gather on the phone is that it is vacant and boarded up and will need a good bit of work maybe 20k. He wants 9k. The house has an ARV of 43k. What do you think about this deal? Anyway thanks for the input!
