Owned and operated 4 mobile home parks in Springfield Missouri since 2001. Converting Company owned existing properties into Sustainable and affordable housing. We have 45+ pads which are Water, sewer, electric connect ready. Looking for group to INFILL properties sitting on 20+ acres of land in the City of Springfield. INFILL project project working with the GREENE county, community and people to turn this into a Sustainable and affordable community.
