Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Schenectady.

Purchase price: $65,000
Cash invested: $50,000

Bought as a fix and flip however it's going to turn into primary residence as I'm selling my current 2fam home to move

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great potential arv would be $185k

MLS was asking 72k bought it all cash for 65k
