Costar is building Virginia's tallest building in Richmond

CoStar, one of the biggest players in the real estate data space, announced that they're going to build Virginia's tallest building along the James River in Richmond. It'll be 750,000 square feet right in downtown Richmond. People who live in Richmond might not realize how much of a presence CoStar has here.

CoStar tends to be a fairly high-paying company, or so I hear from friends who work there. So, Richmond may be getting even more highly paid workers to add to our already significant housing demand.
