NYC Networking and Rental Apartment Hunting

Aloha NYC BP'ers

My wife and I are Real Estate Investors (and Broker) from Hawaii.   We focus on the Hawaii,  Southern California, Las Vegas and Tampa Real Estate Markets.    We will be in NYC from March 1 to 3  shopping for a rental apartment in NYC for my daughter attending NYU.    We would love to meet up with a few investors in NYC and hopefully get some tips on finding a good/safe apartment for my daughter.  In turn, you can make some new friends from Hawaii and we can be your personal tour guides if you ever visit!   Please feel free to DM me if you are open for coffee, lunch, dinner or drinks!!

@Joel Bongco for closest location, you’ll want to get her in Greenwich Village or the West Village.  Sharing all the same sentiments, every neighborhood around the school is great…highly sought after and therefore not inexpensive.  Try Flatiron and Chelsea neighborhoods as well; they’re still hit downtown neighborhoods, but won’t come with the price tag of west village, soho, etc.  feel free to DM with questions
