SDIRA Trust vs llc/ checkbook sdira
I’m narrowing down my search on sdira. I’m leaning towards sdira trust which would be $1195 to set up, $100 year renewal and $95/ quarter with checkbook control with Madison Broad financial. I’ll be buying a rental property in Massachusetts or New Hampshire with my brother as my tenant. I’ve searched this forum and gleaned some great info and asked questions when talking with potential companies in which to set up a sdira.
