Mobile home with personal property title issues

Wondering if this is the right forum for this to start.  I've got a double wide in west FW area that i've remodeled and due to original owners and title companies i've never been able to fix the tile, its been a year long fight now.  At this point i just want to take a cash offer and sell to someone with more mobile experience and more resources.  I do have the title on the land though.
