Here's the article with the house in question. With the increasing popularity of NFTs and alternative financial assets, I wonder if we will see more transactions like this one. Has anyone experienced any demand for such a transaction or had experiencing closing using NFTs?
Personally, it seems like a bunch of extra steps and complications for not much added benefits, but I have little knowledge about the subject.
