Meetup on multifamily investing

Hello!

I would really appreciate if someone can let me know if there is a real state investor meetup group in the DMV area! I would love to meet and chat with people that is oriented on getting rental properties nowadays in this hot area (I know it's tough!). Also I would love to chat about different zones that might be overlooked but have possibilities. Thanks!
