Who do we need to know in Kansas City??

Hi BP friends.  I am on a quest to build a list of the top mover's and shakers in Overland Park and the entire Kansas City Metro area.  I am hoping to make connections with people who are willing to share their love and knowledge of real estate investing either through blog posts, podcasts, or other speaking opportunities.

If you were building a list of people in Kansas City Metro and maybe nearby states that you really wanted to learn from - who would be on that list?

@Andrew Syrios is already on that list and contributing to our info, but we would like to add about 10 local people or people who invest in the KC area to our contributors.
